Our Company

MDMartin LLC is a full service workforce solutions company based in Dallas, Texas. Established in 2011, MDMartin operates with the goal of providing comprehensive professional recruiting and temporary staffing solutions to fill a void in the staffing services relationship between servicer and client. Traditional staffing models only service their client on the employee recruitment and payroll services side. MDMartin utilizes extensive data analytics, driven by artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to help our clients consistently reduce employee turnover, increase employee satisfaction and retention rates.

Meet The Founder & CEO

Mark K Lee

Founder & CEO

Prior to starting MDMartin in 2011, Mark Lee served in a variety of corporate positions in finance and investments. Mark has lived in the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex for almost 40 years, putting strong roots down in the North Texas market. Mark graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory in Dallas and attended Southern Methodist University where he studied and graduated with a Financial Economics degree in 2005. Mark worked in finance and investments for seven years prior to starting MDMartin, with the hopes of driving change in an antiquated industry by bringing sound finance and data analytics focused results to its clients. His primary focus for MDM (MDMartin) is to differentiate itself from traditional recruiting and staffing firms by providing comprehensive workforce solutions. His background in financial services leverages MDM’s abilities to assist clients in mitigating financial and operational risks while providing in-depth analytics for their client’s operations. Mr Lee is actively involved in the DFW community as a member of the Greater Dallas Asian-American Chamber of Commerce (GDAACC), Korean American Professional Network (KAPN) and donates time and services to various charitable organizations. Mark spends his days outside the office with his family and children, and continually driving philanthropic growth across various charities and organizations – namely an endowment fund at his alma mater, Jesuit College Preparatory in Dallas, which he named after his parents. Mark enjoys being active, spending his free time playing with his children and enjoying golf and travel.
