Our Company

MDMartin LLC is a full service workforce solutions company based in Dallas, Texas. We were established in 2011 with the goal of providing comprehensive staffing and consulting services to fill a void in the staffing services relationship between servicer and client. Traditional staffing models only service their client on the employee recruitment and payroll services side. MDMartin aims to engage our clients throughout the entire process – from recruitment and personnel to payroll services to site management and on-going operational consulting. We believe that our contingent workforce solutions packages help our clients mitigate risks associated with employee turnover and generate faster revenue growth.

Our data-driven analytics and business intelligence focus, helps drive quicker, more agile and nimble shifts and growth for our clients. MDMartin assists its clients with comprehensive analytics and data packages from wage studies, comps, seasonality analyses and trend analyses. Meet The Principals

Mark K Lee

CEO & Managing Partner

Mark comes from a background in finance and investments with strong roots in the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex. Since graduating from SMU, he has over seven years of experience in corporate finance and private equity. Mr. Lee started MDMartin, LLC in 2011 in hopes to bring sound financial acumen, business management and operational consulting skills and analyses to the staffing and recruiting industry. His primary focus for MDM (MDMartin) is to differentiate itself from traditional staffing firms by providing comprehensive workforce solutions. His background in financial services leverages MDM’s abilities to assist clients in mitigating financial and operational risks while providing in-depth analytics for their client’s operations. Mr Lee is actively involved in the DFW community as a member of the Greater Dallas Asian-American Chamber of Commerce (GDAACC), Korean American Professional Network (KAPN) and donates time and services to various charitable organizations. Mr Lee is also the CEO and Managing Partner for MDM Holdings, LLC an investment firm making early stage venture investments and real estate fund investments. Mark graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from the Dedman School of Economics.  

David W Chun

COO & Managing Partner

David has numerous years of experience guiding high net worth individuals, business owners and organizations in achieving financial goals through Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services. His vast network of contacts and problem solving abilities, leverages MDM in the staffing and recruiting industry by fluidly connecting clients with their financial and operational needs while providing solutions to their business problems. Mr. Chun’s background in wealth management and operations management has prepared him to manage clients and their accounts with extreme confidentiality and professionalism. At MDM, Mr. Chun is responsible for ensuring internal processes are running efficiently and maintaining data integrity of all IT systems. David is responsible for updating and rolling out new technological procedures to help mitigate client operational risks and additionally assist in internal processes while generating revenue growth. Mr. Chun overseas all operating duties internally at MDM and externally with our clients. David graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Cox School of Business.
