Level / Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 annually + Bonuses / Commission

Job Description: The Temporary Staffing Recruiter (TSR) will be in charge of working on all contingent and contract labor temporary staffing opportunities at MDMartin. They will be in charge of doing full-cycle recruiting for our temp associate placements throughout the nation. The TSR will utilize the necessary tools to source candidates to place at job sites covering manufacturing, supply chain / fulfillment, light industrial, alternative energy / energy, electronics refurbishing, consumer goods, plastics, and more.

Qualifications: 3+ years in Staffing and Recruiting industry, ideally having placed high volume staffing orders in the past.

Ability to source, interview, screen and place 20+ placements weekly.

Bilingual in English / Spanish / Chinese / Korean is a PLUS

Additional Notes: This position may require OT hours and weekend work.
